Not too much like Paisley though; almost appears like he's trying to mouth the word "Yes"; which as we all know he's only ever said once in his life.
At the same time... it could be his attempt at an aggressively charged, (with the ever-lovin' Northern twang of his) : "You-uh"
Phonetics do no justice for the man's eloquence...
